At Ayrix Wellness, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality wellness and Ayurvedic products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of health supplements, wellness products, and personal care items, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Product received is defective.
  • Wrong product was delivered.
  • Product received is expired or has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unopened.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
  • Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discount campaigns (unless damaged or defective).
  • Products returned after the return eligibility period.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Reason for Return
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (if damaged or defective)

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

In cases where:

  • A wrong product is delivered
  • A product arrives damaged
  • A manufacturing defect is confirmed

Ayrix Wellness may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.


6. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for a full refund.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Take photographs of the product and packaging.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Do not use or open the product until your claim is reviewed.
  4. Failure to report the issue within the specified timeframe may result in the claim being declined.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ayrix Wellness reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
